Pull it up to your bust and you have a very cute short sun dress. Pull it down to your waist and it becomes a skirt and either way is a darling swimsuit coverup. Talk about lots of bang for your buck! This fabric is very light and the embroidered flowers on the front and back make it super feminine. The seams and bottom are slightly frayed, a really hot fashion look. A great vacation dress!
