The tag inside the boot says 11 medium Observe Made in China. Length inside footbed is 11 inches, width is approx. 3-1/2 inches and the height is 6-1/2 inches to the top of the heel back. They are BRAND NEW-purchased at Nordstroms Rack two years ago and have been in my closet ever since-can't wear them because I'm a size 10-another case of impulse buying!!! SPOTS ARE ON CAMERA LENS NOT THE GARMENT!!!
